Provider Referral Process

Connect FCE is geared toward a single goal during the referral process: To streamline the relationship between client, provider and patient.

Connect FCE has a network of over 1300 providers nationwide, developed to carry out functional capacity evaluations on patients quickly and efficiently. We guarantee a smooth, seamless process in handling our referrals.

We work closely with our providers to ensure they receive the claimant demographics and medicals in a timely fashion and have all the information they need prior to the assessment. We contact the patients so our providers need only carry out the FCE and complete their report. This allows our providers to see a marked increase in their client base while increasing their efficiency. We work diligently toward getting an FCE scheduled within 24 hours and provide quality checks on all our reports. We require our reports to be typed, dated, and signed and have all client questions answered in the narrative portion of the report.

Reports are posted to our secure site within 5 to 7 days of the scheduled assessment. This helps us guarantee our clients a prompt response and timely updates on all cases scheduled with our group.
