Client Referral Process

Connect FCE is geared toward a single goal during the referral process: To streamline the relationship between client, provider and patient. Connect FCE has a network of over 1300 providers nationwide, developed to carry out functional capacity evaluations on patients quickly and efficiently.

We work diligently toward getting an FCE scheduled within 24 hours, provide quality checks on all our reports, and ensure detailed attention to all clients’ concerns. Reports are posted to the site within 5 to 7 days of the scheduled assessment. You are guaranteed a prompt response and timely updates on all cases scheduled with our group. Referrals are made easy by phone, fax, email, or our online “Make a Referral” form.

Who should be referred?

• Individuals who have reached maximum medical improvement and are awaiting impairment rating and case closure
• Individuals who need their function quantified prior to vocational job search and return to work.
• Individuals who have long standing cases that for various reasons have not had resolution.
• Individuals who have a history of subjective complaints without objective findings.
