The relationship between Connect FCE and our clients is always treated with the utmost in care. We are aware of the scheduling and evaluation problems inherent in the FCE process; our mission is to provide quick solutions to our clients by providing web-based scheduling and reporting. Web based scheduling allows you to access your patient information, including appointment times and reports even when we're not in the office.

We strive to make the entire workflow as efficient as possible for our clients. We are available in many areas to provide mobile services supporting our one and two day evaluations and Post Offer Agility Testing. We also have a number of free standing clinics under agreement to provide certified and standardized evaluations nationally.

Connect FCE supports the client with the following advantages:

  1. Appointments scheduled within 24 hours of initial request
  2. Confirmation letters sent to clients, providers, and patient’s (including driving directions)
  3. Reminder calls to patients 48 hours previous to scheduled appointments
  4. “Show” and “No Show” confirmation letters to clients within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment
  5. Five to seven day report turnaround time, including all quality control reviews
  6. Experienced and certified FCE clinicians utilizing multiple methodologies
  7. Careful and extensive credentialing and monitoring of network providers
  8. Multiple mobile providers available to serve remote areas
